摘要
目的探讨正常幼儿血清苯丙氨酸(Phe)、酪氨酸(Tyr)水平及其比值.方法采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定51例1月～5岁正常幼儿血清Phe和Tyr浓度并计算Phe/Tyr浓度比值.结果幼儿血清Phe为(92.83±21.33)μmol/L,Tyr为(67.75±19.84)μmol/L,The/Tyr比值为(1.43±0.35).结论采用的检测方法灵敏、特异,可靠,结果可供临床、科研参考.
Objective: To explore the concentration of phenylalanine (Phe) and tyrosine (Tyr), and Phe/Tyr ratio in serum of healthy infant. Methods: The serum Phe and Tyr from 51 (the age one month to 5 years) healthy infants, were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD), and Phe/Tyr ratio was calculated. Results: Serum Phe was (92.83±21.33) μmol/L, Tyr (67.75±19.84) μmol/L, and Phe/Tyr ratio was (1.43±0.35). Conclusions: The detection method used is sensitive and accurate, the results is useful to clinical application and science research.
