摘要
目的 采用中国药典 Ch P2 0 0 0测定盐酸金霉素含量及相关物质 ,检测时间长、分离效果差且检测结果偏差大。本文中的方法具有检测时间短、操作简单、准确等优点 ;该方法在所测定的范围内具有良好的线性 (相关系数 r>0 .99) ,重复测定及耐用性的相对标准偏差均小于 2 %回收率均在 95 .0 %～ 10 5 .0 %之间。结果该方法表明测定盐酸金霉素含量及相关物质是一种简便、准确的分析方法。
