摘要
目的:寻找一种简单、有效、成功率高、副反应小,不影响生育功能的异位妊娠药物治疗方法。方法:224例患者随机分为3组,A组MTX加中药联合治疗(72例),B组中药治疗(84例),C组单纯MTX治疗(68例),进行比较。结果:A组包块缩小程度、血B-hCG下降程度显著,住院天数缩短;治疗成功率A组(96％)高于B组(64％),二者相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),与C组(88％)比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);A组副反应发生率(6.9％)低于C组(35.3％),二者有显著性差异(P<O.05)。结论:MTX加中药治疗异位妊娠疗效高,副作用少,可作为临床保守治疗的首选方案。
Objective: To seek a simple, effective and less side -effect drug treatment for ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 224 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided randomly into 3 groups: 72 patients treated with combination of MTX and traditional Chinese medicine in the group A, 84 ones treated with traditional Chinese medicine only in the group B, 68 ones treated with MTX only in the group C. Results: The volume of cyst and the duration of treatment reduced, and blood β- hCG decreased significantly in the group A. The success rate in the group A was higher than that in Group B(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combination of MTX and traditional Chinese medicine is a more effective way of treating ectopic pregnancy.
