摘要
目的 探讨经胸超声心动图 (TTE)引导继发孔型房间隔缺损封堵术的应用。方法 2例房间隔缺损患者使用 Amplatzer封堵伞 ,TTE术前筛选病例 ,封堵术中 TTE全程监测引导 ,术后即刻、 2 4 h、 1个月、 3个月复查评价。结果 TTE测量缺损最大径为 2 2 mm、 30 mm,封堵伞型号为 2 4 m m、 34mm。 2例均获得成功 ,房水平分流完全消失 ;术中、术后无并发症。结论 TTE是监测引导房间隔缺损封堵治疗的较好方法 ,安全可靠。
ObjectiveTo study the role of transthoracic echocardiographic(TTE) guidance in transcatheter closure of secundum atrial septal defect(ASD).MethodsTwo patients with secundum ASD were implanted Amplatzer device.TTE study was performed before the intervention therapy in order to appreciate these cases.The closure of ASD was monitored and guided with TTE throughout the procedure.Immediate evaluation was carried out with 24h,1 month,3 months follow-up.ResultsThe maximal diameter of the ASD was 22 mm and 30 mm,the diameter of the Amplatzer occluder selected was 24 mm and 34 mm.Two cases were successful.There was no residul shunt.No complications were observed during the 3 month follow-up.ConclusionsTTE guidance in transcatheter closure of ASD is an optimal imaging technique.
