摘要
目的 评价眶壁修补术治疗眶壁爆裂性骨折的疗效。方法 采用眶壁修补术治疗 3 0例眶壁爆裂性骨折。术后随访 3～ 6月 ,平均 4 5月。观察术后视力、眼球突出度、眼球活动度及其并发症。结果 视力 :3例因伴有眼部有它病变 ,严重影响视力 ,治疗的视力有提高 ;余 2 7例手术前后视力基本不变。眼球突出度 :术后增加 1mm者 4例 ;增加 2mm者 9例 ;增加 3mm者 9例 ;增加 4mm者 8例。眼球活动度 :术前上转或外转完全受限或部分受限者 ,术后均得到了不同程度的改善。结论 眶壁修补术是治疗眶壁爆裂性骨折的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of orbital wall restoration for the treatment of blowout fracture of the orbital wall.Methods Thiry eyes of blowout fracture of the orbital wall were followed up for 3 to 6 months (averaged 4.5 months) after orbital wall restoration.The postoperative vision,protrusion,and appearance were examined and analyzed.Results The visual acuity was not changed in 27 eyes.The exophthalmos after operation increased 1mm in 4 eyes 2mm in 9 eyes 3mm in 9 eyes,4mm in 8 eyes.Eye movenents:the limitation of the supraduction or abduction preoperatively has been improved in different extent postoperatively.Conclusion Orbitl wall restoration is an effective method for the treatment of blowout fracture of orbital wall.
