摘要
目的 :评价沙利度胺在血液病中的研究进展及应用概况。方法 :采用国内外文献进行分析与评价。结果与结论 :沙利度胺单药对多发性骨髓瘤有治疗作用 ,沙利度胺与其他化疗药物同用可增加多发性骨髓瘤 (multiplemyeloma,MM)、骨髓增生异常综合征 (myelodysplasticsyndromeMDS)、白血病及其他血液病的化疗疗效。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate research progress and the usage of thalidomide in hematologic disease. METHODS: By reviewing the recent literatures at home and abroad.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Simple thalidomide is effective for the treatment of multiple myeloma, thalidomide combined with other chemotherapeutic drugs will increase the efficiency of the treatment for multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, leukemia and other hematologic diseases.
