摘要
目的 :分析评价非淋菌性泌尿生殖道炎症的临床用药概况 ,以供临床参考。方法 :查阅相关文献 ,按大环内酯类、喹诺酮类、四环素类分类对 8种代表药物进行综合分析。结果与结论 :治疗非淋菌性尿道炎以四环素、红霉素类药物为主 ,疗效较高 ,临床医师药师应根据不同病情选用相应的抗菌药 ,以提高其疗效和安全性。
OBJECTIVE:To analyze and evaluate clinical drug usage in nongonococcal genitourinary tract inflammation , in order to supply references for the clinics. METHODS: By collecting the literatures and making aggregate analysis of 8 representative drugs depending on the classifications of macrolides,quinolones and tetracyclines. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The main drugs for the treatment of NGU should be tetracyclines and erythromycin with high efficiency. Clinical doctors and pharmacists should choose appropriate antibacterial drugs according to different patient's condition, in order to improve curative effect and safety.
