With EnviroScan as an example, the paper introduces the new on-line moisture detection system of the press part of the papermachine, with the priority on the enhancing product quality and production efficiency through the optimization of the process in the press part.It also provides an analysis on the relevant factors influencing the efficiency in the press part.
