摘要
1990年10月～11月,在天祝藏族自治县的三个乡进行了包虫病的血清流行病学调查,共查1937人,阳性者61人,感染率为3.15％,带包囊者35人,患病率为1.81％。土族感染率最高,为5.6％。10岁以下儿童感染率为0.95％,随年龄增长,感染率逐渐升高,41～50岁最高,达10.79％,患病率为7.19％。调查中发现2例病人,三项化验检查均为阴性,占5.71％。
A Epidemiological investigation of human hydatidosis was carried out in three townships of Tianzhu county from October to November, 1990. Of examined 1937,61 Persons were infected by Echinococcus with infection rate 3. 15 percent. 35 persons were suffering from hydatidoma with the prevalence rate 1. 81 percent. the infection rate of Tu nationality was the highes with 5. 6 percent. The infection rate of children under 10 yeans old was 0. 95 percent. The infection and prevalence rates increased with fhe age,the peak in 41 - 50 age group,former 10. 79 percent and latter 7. 19 percent ,respectiely. two cases witn hybatidoma were negative by Casoni test and serological experiment accounting for 5. 71 percent.
