摘要
目的:评价玻璃体切除联合眼内异物取出术治疗眼球内后段异物的效果及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析我院1998-03/2002-12经玻璃体手术治疗眼球内后段异物14例(14眼)的临床资料,随诊时间3mo～2a。结果:13眼成功取出异物,成功率为93%,术后视力提高8眼(57%),不变2眼(14%),下降4眼(29%)。视力>0.02者6眼(42%),其中>0.1者4眼(29%)。结论:玻璃体切除术可有效取出眼球内后段异物,减少并发症发生,保留或提高了术后视力,同时可处理眼内异物存留的并发症。
AIM: To evaluate the effects and relative factors of vitrectomy for ocular trauma with intraocular foreign bodies.· METHODS: Recerds of 14 patients (14 eyes) with foreigh bodies who had undergone vitreous surgery from March 1998 to December 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were followed up for 3mo-2a. · RESULTS: The foreign bodies in 13 eyes(93%) were extracted successfully. Visual acuity was improved in 8 eyes (57%), remained unchanged in 2 eyes (14%), and decreased in 4 eyes (29%). It became 0.02 or better in 6 eyes (42%), 0.1 or better in 4 eyes (29%).· CONCLUSION: Vitrectomy is effective for the extraction of intraocular foreign bodies. It is helpful for increasing the postoperative vision and to reduce complications.
