摘要
针对原工艺中存在的问题,提出了改进方案,改进后方案为:2,7-萘二磺酸钠用潮品,碱用混碱,这样收率提高达74%,降低了消耗,节约了成本,便于操作。
According to the problems in the old process,the improved plan has been provided,which requires that the wet 2,7-naphthalene disulfnate and mixture of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide should be used,thus the yield can reach 74%,the cost has been reduced,and the operation easy.
