速射武器身管一维径向传热的数值分析 被引量:13

摘要 该文根据射击过程中膛内火药气体温度场的瞬态脉冲特性,给出了膛内火药气体平均温度的变化规律;用能量平衡法导出了含有复合材料的一维轴对称瞬态传热的有限差分方程,并进行了大量的计算,得出了射弹数、射击频率、身管材料导热性能等因素对身管温度场的影响规律.这对从事速射武器身管的烧蚀问题研究以及弹药抗自燃问题,有一定的参考价值. According to the pulsating characteristics of propellant gas temperature during firi-ng,a average temperature variation rule versus time is first formulated in this paper.Then afinite difference scheme for one dinensional axisymmetric transient heat conduction involvingthe composite materials is derived based on the method of energy conservation.Through alarge number of computations,the regularities of influence exerted by several factors,such asfiring roumds,firing rate,thermal properties et al,up on we gun barrel temperature field arepresented.The conclusions,obtained are valuable for the further study on the solutions to gunbarrel erosion problem and to the prevention of cook-off.
