摘要
我国的教育督导体制主要特点是以督政为主 ,兼重督学 ,坚持督政与督学结合。而法国则把教育督导重点放在督学上 ,从而促进了教学质量的提高。我国有必要借鉴法国教育督导的主要经验与做法 ,调整并完善我国的教育督导体制。
The educational supervising system is characterized by focusing on supervision of administration combined with supervision of teaching in China. While in France the supervision of education puts emphasis on the supervision of teaching, which has improved the quality of teaching. Therefore, it's necessary for us to learn from them their good methods and experience, so as to adjust and improve our educational supervising system.
