摘要 从正在兴起并构成组织人力资本和知识管理基础的现代组织社会资本视角,结合人力资本竞争的新态势,分析了组织核心员工自愿离职与组织绩效的关系,提示了在我国文化背景下与组织核心员工保持和组织竞争力相关的有待深入研究的问题。
