摘要
周人的“滋味”文化发生经历了三个阶段,体现出时人的审美意识:一是周人对中和之美的追求;二是魏晋以降对“澄怀味象”的向往;三是南北朝时期对“唯务折衷”的崇尚。
This paper starts from the flavour culture of Zhou Dynasty.It mainly discusses the aesthetic consciousness from the three steps of flavour theory.Firstly,Zhou people pursued for neutralization.Secondly,Weijin people reduced to seek quietness,indifference and elegance.Thirdly,Northsouth people showed their respect for harmony.
