摘要
人才资源预测与优化的很重要的方面是人才资源结构需求量和人才质量.本文建立因素重构分析预测方法和弹性系数预测方法并对电子行业2000年到2010年人才的结构需求量和人才质量进行定量的动态分析和预测.
Mastering the talent's structure, demands and qualities in forecasting and optimizing the talent resources is very important. Thus, a forecasting model is proposed by using factor reconstructive analyzing method. With the model, the demands and qualities of scientists and technicians in electronic trade in 2000-2010 are quantitatively and dynamically analyzed and forecasted.
