摘要
本文从教育的本质属性探讨了教书与育人的相辅相成关系。笔者认为,教育过程是受教育者将一定外在教育内容向自己主体转化的过程。教师不仅要深入研究本学科的科学规律和内在关系,还要研究本学科内容中的科学真理和唯物主义思想。故此,教师要同时担负"进德修业"的双重责任,做到"经师"与"人师"的统一。
The supplementary and complementary relationship between imparting knowledge and educating people is discussed from the angles of education essence. In the course of education, students should make a thorough study of the internal scientific relation of their own discipline as well as the scientific truth and the materialistic thoughts of the contents of the discipline. As a result, teachers takes dual responsibility to improve their virtues and refine their achievements.
