摘要
本文针对我国大学生就业难的问题进行研究。提出了各高校辅导员在大学生就业指导工作方面诸多的有利条件和存在问题,提出了高校辅导员在大学生的就业指导工作中应发挥重要作用。对学生综合素质和学校就业质量以及就业率的提高起到不可忽视的作用。
This paper does research on the advantages and disadvantages of college counselors have when they give students consultation on employment.In addition,the au- thor provides some advice which will have profound influence on the improvement of students’ comprehensive ability and employment quality of the school.
