摘要
通过对软件行业人才培养现状与发展趋势和高校培养的软件人才与企业需求的软件人才脱节原因分析,提出在实施软件工程"1+2+1"人才培养模式的教学改革内容,对该模式的软件工程人才国际化、工程化的培养思路教育理念和培养目标进行了实践性的探索并取得了一定成果。对提高教学质量和培养应用型人才有着现实意义。
This paper analyzes the elite cultivation and development trend of software industry. The old cultivation way of software industry in our university,a far cry from the need of enterprises,now is being replaced by a new one called "1 + 2 + 1 " software engineering cultivation mode.Furthermore,the ideas and aims of this new mode,how it works and what it achieves are all provided in this paper.Finally,efforts have been made to explore how to help the students toward internationalization and engineering.
