摘要
温度控制系统应用广泛,加弹机热箱温度控制,对温度控制系统的精度,抗干扰性提出是极高的要求,传统的温控器温度的测量与控制是一体的,需要传感器引线较长,线路阻抗会带来测量精度的降低,设备运行干扰也会对温度的采集造成很大影响,本文介绍一种基于CAN总线的加弹机温度采集控制系统,利用CAN总线的高速稳定的特性,有效的将测温与控温分离,提高了测温精度与减轻了系统运行对温度采集的干扰。
Temperature acquisition system is widely used,texturing machine's hot box temperature control,accuracy of temperature control system,high anti-interference requirements. Traditional temperature controller's Temperature measurement and control are integrated,which need sensor lead longer,but the line impedance can bring about the decrease of the measurement accuracy,the interference of equipment operation can also affect the temperature of the collection. In the paper,a temperature control system of the CAN bus is introduced,used to the characteristics of high speed and stability of CAN bus,effective temperature and temperature control separation,Improve the temperature measurement accuracy and reduce the interference of the system operation to temperature sampling.
