摘要
通过对维修备件库存控制方法研究,针对需求服从泊松概率分布的维修备件多-单(Multiple-Single)协同库存控制系统,在成本约束条件下提出了一种带有调度的维修备件协同库存控制优化数学模型及其仿真算法。在成本已知情况下,数学模型及其仿真算法能够在给出多-单协同库存控制系统最佳服务水平的同时优化协同库存控制参数s,S,为提高装备或设备维修备件保障服务规划的可执行性和服务水平提供了一种有效的方法。
It is very important for the equipment logistics to optimize inventory policy of spare parts.In this paper we present a multiple-single inventory optimizing method and a simulation algorithm of the equipment's spare parts with the constraint of the cost. The multiple-single inventory system includes three parts: one is a control centre; another is the supply group of equipment spare parts; third is the set of clients. The study case show s this method could optimize the cooperative inventory policy( s,S) while ensuring the client's service level and provide the effective path for improving executive capacity of spare parts' maintenance scheme.
