摘要
一个社会成员共同拥有的意义、信仰、价值等是团体增强凝聚力、形成社会认同的重要条件。在兵团这样一个特殊的社会组织体系中,兵团人的意义系统认同关系到兵团成员能否遵循共同的价值理念、秉承共有的思维模式和行为规范,甚至关系到兵团未来发展和战略安全。该文调查分析了三代兵团人意义系统认同,认为三代兵团人的意义系统认同特点可以分别概括为:高度认同、多元共存及在"缺"与"惑"中迷失。人们的意义系统认同渐渐从价值性走向工具性,从感性化走向理性化。
The significance, belief and value of the members of a society are important conditions for the formation of the cohesion and the formation of social identity in the community.The meaning system identity of people in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)relates to the Corps' future development and strategic security.This paper analyzes the meaning system identification of three generations in XPCC.The characteristics of three generations' meaning system identification could be summarized as:highly approval, pluralistic coexistence,'missing' and 'confusion'.People's meaning system identity gradually changes from value to instrumental,from perception to rationalization.
