摘要
高等教育后大众化时期,高中后学生求学目的的开放化、高等学校培养目标的多元化、社会单位用人需求的多样化呼唤高等学校招生改革。我国高等学校招生制度面临高考标准、管理体制、录取机制、改革程序、监督评价等诸多困境,亟需建立分类考试、分类招生的高招模式,推行考、招、管三权分立的管理体制,构建高校为主、多方参与的录取机制,规划循序渐进、分层推进的改革步骤,共建公开透明、多元评价的监督体系。
In the period of higher education post-massification,the studying purpose of high school graduates was open,and the goal of higher education and the demand of social employment were becoming more diversified,which called for the enrollment reform of higher education.At present,China's enrollment system of colleges and universities was facing many difficulties in the college entrance examination standards,management system,enrollment mechanism,reform procedures,supervision and evaluation and so on.To reform the existing system of higher school enrollment,it should establish the enrollment pattern of classification test and classification enrollment,implement the management system of power separation for test,enrollment and management,construct the admission mechanism of university domination and multi-party participation,plan the reform steps with gradual and stratified progression,and build the supervision system for open,transparent,and multiple evaluation.
