P(AN-co-AA)纤维的pH响应性与纤维结构的关系

摘要 改变纺丝工艺湿法纺制共聚丙烯腈和丙烯酸(P(AN-co-AA))纤维,利用比表面孔径分布仪表征纤维的孔洞结构,X射线衍射光谱表征纤维晶态结构及称量法测试纤维溶胀度,研究了P(AN-co-AA)纤维的pH响应性与纤维结构的关系。结果表明,P(AN-co-AA)纤维具有pH响应特点,纤维在碱性溶液中的平衡溶胀度与纤维的晶态结构有关,结晶度大,平衡溶胀度小;纤维的响应时间与纤维直径、孔洞结构有关,直径越小,孔洞越多,响应速率越快。 Poly(acrylonitrile-co-acrylic acid)fibers were prepared by wet-spinning,then measured by temperature programmed adsorption analyzer to investigate voids structure,X-ray diffraction to study aggregating structure,mass method and other mechanical properties testing for characterizing pH response and mechanical properties of P(AN-co-AA)fibers.The results show that P(AN-co-AA)fibers have pH-sensitive behavior.Swelling ratio of fiber is related to crystalline structure in alkali solutions.High crystallinity makes swelling ratio poor.Response time of fiber is related to voids structure and diameter and so on.The larger surface area of fiber pores,the less response time.Short transmission distance for small diameter of fiber makes response time decreased.
