摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,在作为七大战略新兴产业之一的节能环保行业中,无形资产在企业资产中所占的比例日益提高。本文通过对我国环保行业上市公司无形资产信息披露情况的研究,了解其披露现状,对存在的问题进行探讨,进而提出相应的建议和对策。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,energy conservation and environmental protection industry as one of the seven major strategic emerging industries,the proportion of intangible assets in the enterprise assets is increasing day by day.This article through to the environmental protection industry in our country listed company information disclosure of intangible assets,understand its disclosure of the status quo,the existing problems were discussed,and then put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
