摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,国家愈发重视学生的教育问题,随之而来的对高校教学管理人员的素质提出了更高的要求,他们素质水平的高低直接影响着大学生的发展,也对社会经济发展有着间接作用。接下来在本文中就以高校教学管理人员的素质构建作为重点,提出一些具体措施,从而实现高校教育管理工作的科学化。
With the advent of knowledge economy age,the country pays more and more attention students' education,requirements of teaching management personnel's quality becomes higher,their quality level directly affects the development of college students,also has indirect effect on social and economic development.In this article,taking the quality of teaching management in colleges and universities to build as the focus,puts forward some concrete measures,so as to realize the scientization of university education management work.
