摘要
伴随着中国汽车市场的快速发展,社会对汽车维修人才保持着旺盛的需求,也对汽车维修人才的素质能力提出了更高的要求,在职业教育当中,必须以市场化为方向,在现有汽车维修专业教学的基础上,对教学进行创新改革,不断提高自身的教学能力和教学实效性,只有这样才能在培养人才的基础上实现自身的发展。本文根据自身的教学实践,详细论述了市场化改革过程中,汽车维修专业教学改革的思路与方法,希望能够对职业院校的汽车维修专业教学提供一些帮助和启示。
Along with the rapid development of China's auto market, society needs a large number of high quality, have the ability of vehicle maintenance and repair personnel. In vocational education, must take the market as the direction, innovate the teaching reform, continuously improve their teaching ability and teaching effectiveness, only in this way can realize its own development. This paper discusses the teaching reform in the process of market-oriented reform, the ideas and methods, hope to be able to provide some help to vehicle maintenance and repair of vocational colleges professional teaching.
