摘要
青年教师是高职学院事业不断发展的希望,是开拓创新的主要群体,是学院党组织发展的主要力量,笔者所在的学院正处于国家示范性骨干高职院校建设的关键时期,学院的青年教师在国家示范性骨干高职学院建设中发挥重要作用,本文结合国家示范性骨干高职院校的背景,审视青年教师的思想政治工作现状,提高认知,进一步发挥青年教师的作用,增强其责任感,采取新举措,推进青年教师的培养工作,又快又好地建设国家示范性骨干高职学院。
