摘要
通过分析微博的发展给基层团组织工作带来的机遇与挑战,从借助微博平台加强理想信念教育、增强团员意识、不断创新工作载体,完善工作网络体系及加强团干部的队伍建设,提升工作能力等方面探索加强高校基层团组织建设工作的对策。
