摘要
随着近几年我国汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车销售量猛增,汽车保险需求旺盛,与此同时汽车保险理赔领域所存在的诸多矛盾也逐渐突显出来。汽车保险的赔付率居高不下,车险诈骗事件屡禁不止,车险理赔的纠纷愈演愈烈,而汽车保险理赔的查勘定损则是矛盾爆发的主要根源之一,如何建立合理、有效的查勘定损模式对于解决汽车保险理赔中的矛盾纠纷至关重要。
With the rapid development of China's automobile industry in recent years,car sales is increasing,car insurance demand is strong,many contradictions in auto insurance claims also gradually appears. Automobile insurance payment rate is high,the insurance fraud is banned repeatedly,the dispute of insurance claims intensified,and auto insurance claims surveying is one of the main causes of conflicts,how to establish a reasonable,effective surveying mode is very important to solve the car insurance claims disputes.
