摘要
满足社会广泛的教育需求,提高人民群众的受教育程度和劳动者素质,满足各行业和社会发展需求,促进经济社会发展,是当前高职院校教育质量标准和人才培养的方向。本文从应用型人才培养的观念、人才培养课程体系、人才培养教学方法三大方面深入探讨高职院校应用型人才的培养、教育模式。
To meet the social demand for education,improve the people's educational level and the quality of workers,meet the needs of social development,promote economic and social development,is the current higher vocational education quality standards and training direction. This paper from applied talents training concept,training courses,training method three aspects to discuss the education mode of higher vocational colleges to train applied talents.
