摘要
大学生是国家最重要的人才资源,其就业能力对国家的社会经济发展水平和实现大学生自我价值有直接影响。随着高等教育的普及,大学生数量逐渐增多,就业压力不断加大,就业率较低,其中大学生就业能力弱是就业困难最关键的原因之一,因此,提升大学生的就业能力对于促进和实现顺利就业具有重要作用。本文主要就我国地方高校大学生就业能力提升的制约因素进行简要概括,并提出提升其就业能力的多维路径,以期能够促进大学生的就业率。
College students are the most important human resources,their employment competence has direct impact on social and economic development of the countries and achieve self value. With the popularization of higher education,the number of college students increases gradually,the pressure of employment is increasing,the employment rate is low,the weak employment ability of college students is one of the most important reasons of employment difficulties,therefore,to enhance the employability of university students play an important role in the smooth implementation of employment. This paper briefly summarizes the restricting factors of college students' employment ability,and put forward the multi path to enhance their employment ability,in order to promote the employment rate of college students.
