摘要
目的:加强经济管理队伍建设,提升经济管理能力。方法:采用文献综述法和描述法,依据国家卫生计生委发布的《卫生计生经济管理队伍建设方案》,研究建立实现"三型队伍"人才目标。结果:通过统筹规划、分级实施,开展多层次、多角度的教育培训,提高经济管理队伍人才建设。结论:只有建立经济管理专业型、研究型、综合型人才,才能适应卫生计生事业发展的需要。
Objective:To strengthen the economic management team and promote the economic management ability.Methods:Ac-cording to the'Health and Family Planning Economic Management Team Construction Scheme'issued by National Health and FamilyPlanning Commission,literature review and description method were applied to analyze the establishment of staff objective of'TreeTeam'.Results:Through overall planning and classified implementation,it carried out the multi-level,multi-angle education andpromoted the construction of economic management staff team.Conclusion:It needed to establish the professional,research-basedand comprehensive staff of economic management so as to meet the needs health and family planning business development.
