摘要 为了解决某煤矿3304综放工作面缩面改造期间因采空区遗煤多、停采撤架时间长、漏风条件复杂而引起的采空区煤炭易于自燃的问题,分析了3304工作面缩面改造期间采空区遗煤易于自燃的原因,并提出了由注水、均压、注浆组成的综合防灭火技术体系。通过监测发现,采取上述措施后,回风隅角的CO浓度从停采初期的7.8×10-5下降到缩面完成时的1.0×10-5,回风流的CO浓度从5.8×10-5下降到0,有效地抑制了采空区遗煤自燃,保证了3304工作面缩面改造工作的顺利进行。 In order to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf during the period of shorten workface and transformation of 3304 fully mechanized coal caving face,which due to large amount of residual coal,long stopping coal mining and complicated conditions of air leakage.Analysed the reason of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf during the period of shorten workface and transformation,and put forward the comprehensive fire prevention technology system which composed of water injection,voltage,grouting.After taking these measures.The concentration of CO in return corner drop from the initial 7.8×10-5 to 1.0×10-5,the CO concentration in return air decreased from 5.8×10-5 to 0,Inhibition of the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf effectively and ensure the shorten workface and transformation go smoothly.
