遇水易膨胀煤层瓦斯治理工艺研究

摘要 通过分析屯宝煤矿9-10煤层瓦斯涌出规律,结合该矿实际情况,采用改变一水平煤层工作面布置回采顺序、改进预抽钻孔施工及封孔工艺,对9-10煤层瓦斯进行治理。采用新工艺后矿井瓦斯涌出量及钻孔塌孔卡钻现象明显减少,为矿井带来显著的经济和社会效益。 Through analysis of the mine gas emission rule,in combination with the practical situation of 9-10 coal seam in Tunbao mine,by changing the stoping sequence of coal seam working face level,and improved drilling construction and sealing process,governance on 9-10 coal seam gas.By use of new technology,mine gas emission and the sticking,blocking drilling phenomenon significantly reduced,bring significant economic and social benefits for the mine.
