防治采空区自燃的矿井通风网络均压调节优化技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对易自燃复杂通风系统矿井采用均压防灭火法时存在通风网络拓扑结构复杂、人工调节难度较大等问题,通过合理平衡通风系统优化与煤层自燃的关系,提出了防治采空区自燃的矿井通风网络均压调节优化技术,建立了矿井通风网络优化调节数学模型,其目标函数为矿井总通风能耗最小、漏风通道两端压力差最小、新增调风设施最少,采用改进的微分进化算法对该优化调节模型进行求解。 As the coal mine has the easily spontaneous fire coal seam and the complex ventilation system,its ventilation network has the complex topology structure,and it is very difficult to adopt the artificial regulating method in preventing and combating the coal spontaneous by using the pressure balance for air control technology.Balance and optimal regulation technology for preventing and controlling the coal spontaneous combustion in mine ventilation are put forward,then the mathematical model of optimal regulation of mine ventilation network is established,its objective function is composed of the smallest air power of main fans,the fewest new regulation locations and minimum differential pressure of area air leakage passage.The improved differential evolution algorithm is adopted for solving the above model.
