摘要
新中国成立以来,单位制在社会主义建设和经济发展中不断形成,单位办学也有着辉煌的历史。随着单位制社会组织的出现,"单位人"这一赋有中国特色的社会群体应运而生。子弟学校学生作为"单位子弟",对单位学校所建立的共同体社会有着深刻记忆。本研究以集体记忆为概念工具,对十化建子弟学校的学生进行访谈,探索了其教育经历与单位制生活的同构。子弟学生的真实讲述和回忆为我们探索单位制变迁提供了重要依据,同时也引起了我们对于现代社会共同体精神的思考。
Since the founding of new China, the internal structure of urban society has kept changing, the unit system continues to form during the socialist construction and the economic development. Unit in school also has a glorious history. With the advent of the unit system of social organization, 'unit person' that is endowed with Chinese characteristics of social groups emerges as the times require. As the 'unit of children',students in schools for workers have a profound memory that is established on the unit of the school community society.This study based on the method of collective memory,interviewing students of school for children of workers, and exploring the isomorphism between their educational experience and system of unit life. The students' real tales and memories,not only provide an important basis for us to explore the unit system changes,but also cause the thinking of community spirit in our modern society.
