摘要
目的:分析老龄化对新农合基金的影响,并提出保证新型农村合作医疗基金有效运行的建议。方法:主要利用描述性分析的统计方法,分析某县2008—2012年的参合老年人口的相关数据。结果:参合人口中中老年人占参合人口的比例较高,老年人口住院人次,住院费用近年来明显增加,老年人就医更多的流向了县级医疗机构,需求释放,影响新型农村合作医疗基金的运行。结论:通过政府加大对老年人卫生服务的投入,控制医疗服务成本,加强基层卫生机构建设,增强对中老年人慢病管理等措施保证新农合基金的安全。
Objective:To analyze the impact of aging on the new rural cooperative medical system(NCMS) fund and make recom-mendations to ensure that the new rural cooperative fund could operate effectively.Methods:Descriptive statistical analysis methodwas applied to analyze relevant data of the elderly population participated NCMS in a county from 2008 to 2012.Results:The partici-pation of the elderly population accounted for a higher proportion, the elderly population in hospital visits and hospitalization costs in-creased significantly in recent years. With more elderly patients went to the county medical institutions, demanding for the release,which Influences the new rural cooperative fund operation.Conclusion:To ensure the safety of NCMS fund, measurements were tak-en such as encouraging the government to increase investment in health services for the elderly, controlling medical service costs,strengthening the construction of grassroots health institutions and enhancing the management of chronic disease in the middle-agedand the elderly.
