电杆仿风载荷弯矩自动加载系统的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为减少受台风侵袭地区出现的批量性倒杆现象,需要对输配电电杆基础进行抗风能力检测.针对输配电线路中不带拉线的直线电杆,提出了一种能够模拟风载荷的机械加载方案,给出了挂导线电杆风载荷的计算方法,以及常规电杆所受风载荷的限值.提出了一种电杆弯矩加载机构模型,通过力学优化完成了加载机构的机械设计;在加载机构上通过加装检测节点和动力与控制装置,实现了电杆弯矩的自动加载控制.现场试验结果表明:该电杆弯矩自动加载系统可以实现最大40kN·m的弯矩加载和卸载,现场装拆方便,操作简单,达到了预期效果. In order to reduce the large number of falling poles in the typhoon-impacted regions,the anti-wind capability should be detected on the pole foundations of power transmission and distribution.Specifically for the straight pole without cables in an electric line,a mechanical loading scheme is first proposed to simulate the wind-loading.Then,the wire-hung pole wind-loading calculation method,along with limited values of regular poles under wind loading,are provided.Upon completion of mechanical design on loading mechanism via mechanical optimization,a loading mechanism model of pole bending moment is postulated.By adding the detection points and power control devices to loading mechanism,the automatic loading control is next completed for pole bending moments.Finally,it is indicated from on-site experiments that the proposed system can undertake maximum loading and unloading of 40 kNm bending moment so as to realize assembly convenience,ease of operation and expected effect.
