摘要
介绍了一种煤矿井下避难硐室环境监测系统的设计方法,从总体上对监测系统的结构组成及工作原理进行了阐述。采用RS-485通讯主从通讯协议实现了地面监控主机与硐室内监控分站的远程通讯功能。分站设计选择以AT89C52单片机为核心的控制电路,利用经典Keil C编程语言实现了数据的采集与传输。上位机软件采用VB6.0进行设计,结合Access数据库形象直观的显示出各监控点的数据变化,并生成报警信息报表,实现了硐室内、外及过渡室18路传感器信号的采集及监测功能。
Introduces a design method of environmental monitoring system of coal mine underground cavern shelter. The structure and working principle of monitoring system is discussed overall in this paper.With RS-485 communication master-slave communication protocol,the system realizes long-distance communication of monitoring stations' indoor ground monitor. Races choose AT89C52 single chips as the core of the control circuit,use classical Keil C programming language to achieve data collection and transmission. Combined with the Access database,VB6. 0 is used as PC software. Intuitive image shows the change of employ data of Paces,and produce alarm information report,thus,18 sensor signal of indoor and outdoor and transition room of coal mine asylum cavern were realized.
