摘要
在ICRF实验中,双支节匹配系统能够使天线获得最大的发射功率。铁氧体支节是双支节匹配系统关键部件之一,而它的差分电长度指标对匹配系统的性能有较大的影响。文中介绍了差分电长度的基本工作原理,分析了铁氧体材料、支节尺寸、频率等对差分电长度的影响。通过HFSS软件仿真和解析表明:在工作频率25MHz^70MHz,能够实现差分电长度至少60cm的变化,同时制作出了实物。该设计显著拓宽了工作频率范围,大大提高了系统的匹配能力。本研究为铁氧体匹配支节的设计提供了一定的理论指导意义。
In ICRF experiments,the double-stub matching system enables the antenna to get the maximum transmiit power. The ferrite tuner is one of the key device of the double-stub matching system,which differential electrical length specification has a great impact on the performance of the matching system. This article introduces the basic principle and also analyzes the effect of ferrite materials,stub size,frequency on differential electrical length. By The HFSS software simulation and analysis method,the calculated results show that in the range of 25 ~ 70 MHz,the differential electrical length can realize the changes of 60 cm at least. and the ferrite stub is manufactured according to the design. The study will provide some guidance in manufacturing ferrite matching stub.
