摘要
在市场需求不确定的条件下,通过指数平滑法对市场需求进行预测,将信息共享与PID控制理论相结合,在Simulink环境中分别建立了无信息共享、有信息共享、基于PID控制的无信息共享、基于PID控制的有信息共享的订货模型,通过仿真实例对比了相应的牛鞭效应值。研究表明PID控制方法优于信息共享对牛鞭效应的削弱作用,很适合无法实现信息共享的情况,若要更进一步控制牛鞭效应可以在PID控制的基础上结合信息共享来实现。
Under the uncertainty of market demand, the method exponential smoothing was utilized to forecast the real demand, coupled with information sharing and PID control theory. Four kinds of ordering models were established under different backgrounds, including the ones with or without information sharing, further on, based on the PID control respectively. A comparing of values was obtained by the simulation examples of corresponding bullwhip effect. Through the research, it is found the impact of PID control is better than that of information sharing on weakening the bullwhip effect, which is fit for the condition without information sharing. PID control, integrated into the information sharing is maybe the way to make full of further controlling the bullwhip effect.
