辊涂工艺及机械设备对带钢涂覆质量影响分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the influence of roll coating technologies and equipments on strip coating quality

摘要 对钢铁行业涂层处理线中的辊涂工艺及设备做了综合阐述,通过对辊涂过程中影响带钢涂层质量的辊涂方式、辊速比、辊间压力等一些关键工艺参数的分析比较,结合生产实践中的一些经验参数,对其原因进行了分析总结,给出了改进措施。同时,通过对辊涂机的设备组成形式、精度及设备生产过程中产生的振动及振源分析,指出减振措施及振动检测手段的应用将是辊涂设备的设计与使用中必不可少的步骤。 The roller coating technology and equipment in iron and steel industry coating line was introduced.By analyzing some key process parameters which affect the quality of strip steel coating in roller coating process such as roller,roller speed ratio,pressure between rolls,etc,combined with some empirical parameters in the production practice,the causes were analyzed and concluded and the improvement measures were given.At the same time,by analyzing equipment composition form precision and the vibration in the running process of roller coating machine,it was suggested that application of vibration damping measures and vibration testing methods are essential for the design and use of roller coating equipment.
