摘要
对980钢进行了多次重复调质试验,对其力学性能和金相组织进行了测试和观察。结果表明,经过第一次调质,试样屈服强度、抗拉强度明显提高,低温冲击吸收能量无明显变化,显微组织为回火索氏体和残留奥氏体;经过第二次调质,屈服强度、抗拉强度无明显变化,低温冲击吸收能量明显提高,显微组织转变为回火索氏体,晶界变得明显,晶粒得到细化;经过第三次调质,屈服和抗拉强度无明显变化,低温冲击吸收能量略有降低,显微组织转变为回火索氏体和粒状珠光体。经过两次调质处理后,力学性能显著提高,效果最好。
Mechanical properties and microstructure of 980 steel were detected and observed after multiple quenching and tempering. The results show that both yield strength and tensile strength are improved obviously while low-temperature impact absorbed energy does not change significantly after the first quenching and tempering,and the microstructure are tempered sorbite and retained austenite. After the second quenching and tempering,the low-temperature impact absorbed energy is increased obviously,while yield strength and tensile strength don't change obviously,and the microstructure transformes into tempered sorbite,grain boundary becomes obviously and grain refined. After the third quenching and tempering,the yield strength and tensile strength are not significant change,but low-temperature impact absorbed energy decreases slightly,and microstructure transforms into tempered sorbite and granular pearlite. The mechanical properties are preferable after twice quenching and tempering.
