摘要
研究以绍兴市羽毛球俱乐部为研究对象,通过问卷调研的方式深入了解其发展的现状和问题。研究发现,当前绍兴市羽毛球俱乐部发展中,社会化经营性质的俱乐部已经取代企事业单位赞助性质的俱乐部,占据了市场主导地位,并在扩大参与者群体、提高服务质量以及开拓收入渠道方面实现了较大的提升。然而,俱乐部在经营方面依然存在着缺乏宏观管理目标以及先进的管理理念等问题。因此,研究基于相关理论,在政府扶持羽毛球俱乐部发展和俱乐部自身创新发展方面提出了相应的策略和建议,从而为绍兴市羽毛球俱乐部的可持续发展提供理论支持。
Taking badminton clubs in Shaoxing as examples,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of Shaoxing badminton club market.We believe that the social capital clubs have taken the places of company sponsored clubs and become the main part of badminton club market.Also,they have improved their service standards,broadened their income channels and enlarged the consumer market.However,they are still short of macromanagement and advanced principles in daily running.Therefore,we propose that government should provide clubs with supportive policies,and clubs should conduct innovative strategies.These policies and strategies could help realizing the sustainable development of badminton clubs in Shaoxing city.
