居民的生活水平、社会发展以及城市建设在很大程度上受到天然气管网工程设计水平的影响。所以,进行天然气工程设计时,应该以长时间安全稳定运行、设备和材料的可靠性以及技术成熟等相关因素为前提条件。同时,确保能够达到安全要求相关标准的基础下,尽量采取科学的设计线路,降低变更设计的可能。促进城市天然气管工程在实际使用过程中能够实现经济性、安全性以及可靠性。
The living standards of residents, social development and urban construction are largely influenced by the level of design of gas pipeline network projects. Therefore, the safe and stable operation for a long time, the reliability of equipments and materials, mature technology and other related factors should be the prerequisite. Try to take scientific design of lines and reduce the possibility of changing design on the basis of making sure to achieve the safety requirements of the relevant standards. Promote the realization of economy, security and reliability in the actual use of urban gas pipeline project.
