摘要
我们通过了解国内护士针刺伤的现状及高危因素,从个人认知、学校教育、岗前培训、临床带教、医院管理等探讨应对策略,以加强护士针刺伤的职业防护,切实有效降低针刺伤发生率.
By surveying the current situation in China and risk factors for needle stick injuries to nurses, with the focuses on individual cognition, preob training, school education, clinic teaching and hospital management, we proposed a strategy to strengthen occupational protection of nurses from needle stick injuries，and to reduce the incidence of needle stick injuries effectively.
