摘要
烟厂废水污泥含有大量的高浓度生物碱、酚类、醇类、白胶、香精香料、机油等难降解处理有机物,气味恶臭。本文采用压滤实验,从进泥量、加药量、搅拌机转速三个方面对带式压滤机性能参数的优化进行了实验分析。综合脱水效果和经济因素,最佳压滤脱水条件为:进泥量3 m3/h;加药量75L/min(3.0kg/t干污泥);搅拌机转速70r/min。
