Objective To analysis and study the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage treatment department of orthopedics infection. Methods in our hospital in 2012 August to 2013 August were treated 98 cases of orthopedics infection patients as the research object, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, each of 49 cases. As the control group were treated with conventional drainage way to treatment, the observation group were treated by vacuum sealing drainage to treat, clinical therapeutic effecter observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results in the observation group, the treatment effect was better than the control group, the patients in observation group of 44 cases were cured, the effective rate was 89.80%, the control group were cured in 26 cases, 53.06%, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. To observe the adverse reaction of patients during treatment occurred less than control group, and the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group, higher satisfaction of patients, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion the Department of orthopedics trauma infection were treated with vacuum sealing drainage therapy, the effect is more significant, can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction, reduce complication, easier to be accepted and recognized clinical patients, is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
