摘要
随着中国社会急剧变迁和矛盾的凸显,城市社会缺乏有效组织和整合的状况,急迫需要社会转型过程中社会治理的建设与创新。基于城市社区的社会治理体制的重新建构成为了政府的必然选择。选择合适的城市社区治理模式,基于法律的框架,进一步推进城市社区治理水平和能力的提高,是加强和创新中国社会治理体系及提升治理能力的重要途径。
With the rapid social changes and prominent contradictions in the process of social transformations in China,the need to construct and innovate the present social management becomes quite urgent.The reconstruction of the city-community-based social governance system should be carried out inevitably.Selecting some proper mode of city community governance is of groat importance to promote the city community governance level and innovate the social management system based on the legal framework.
